I hope this Jodi Montgomery does right by Britney, if ofc the courts drop Jamie.

I'm sure I'm asking this wrong but do conservators encourage independence and recommend 'freedom' for their clients or do the clients petition for it. Like, would Jodi gradually loosen the reins if she sees Britney is capable of her own decisions and help convince the court Britneys okay to live on her terms?

one of the things I didn’t see mentioned here that I did see elsewhere was she asked also for the right for her to petition for total dissolution of the conservatorship at any time. I think getting rid of Daddy Dearest, Baby Jane Hudson’s second coming (Jaimelynn), and the Jesus freak grifter Lou by requesting and getting Jodi and Bessemer in control is the first step.
