I'm glad she's ok, and I believe that her doctors were unhelpful because of her past. I doubt the cure was CBD tho.

It's kind of cute how she always talks about the medicinal part of Marijuana because Woody told her all about it on The People vs. Larry Flynt.

I would have been a mess too. I really like her. She has her problems, but she's a lot smarter and more interesting than people give her credit for. She's been AROUND and represents so much, is so unapologetically herself and unfiltered, willing to show her anger and not act like people expect women to. We could all take a page from her book.

Plus, she's actually a super decent person.

Might be confusing her with someone else but pretty sure she called Harvey Weinstein out on his shit loooong before the #metoo movement started.

I'm pretty sure she did. She makes a lot of smart observations about people tbh. She loves hard and when she spots a shithead, she goes hard at them.

I would have been gutted if 2020 had taken Courtney. She was one my my main non-family influences when I was a teen and pre teen.

I'm always on the fence about marijuana and it's benefits. The way these companies are latching on and starting to make genetically modified weed to be stronger and more potent idk. I did once get a strain that was mostly CBD and it was really nice.

I do wish there was more funding to look at the benefits of things like mushrooms and how they can benefit you. I'm sure there's ways to remove the hallucinogenic aspect but idk

Agreed like, a lot of the stuff about it being the devil is ridiculous too but I think there's a happy middle truth there, where it does have some health benefits but it's not without its potential harms/drawbacks and a lot of people like to either demonize it completely OR give it too much credit/act like it's the water in Tuck Everlasting.

yep. I say this as a regular smoker but I do wonder the long term effects for sure. I've decreased how much I smoke significantly in the last few years. I take one hit on my one hitter and I'm done lmao

lmao I haven't smoked anything in years but one of the last times I did it was from a bong (my first and only time w/ a bong) and it messed me up BAD. I'd smoke again if work didn't do drug tests, but I wouldn't clamor to or anything. I really wonder how I'd react to it after not doing it for so long since even when I did it more regularly, I didn't do it much/only did it socially. If it would hit me harder or something. Smoking a bowl is so fun. I used to love bumming it off dates lol, one of the only things men are good for.
