The Mandalorian is good and revived people's faith in SW despite Kathleen Kennedy, not because of her. I still want her gone for the colossal mess that was the sequel trilogy.

This. I gave her the benefit of the doubt after 7, because there had to be some plan somewhere in that bland rehash, but she shoukd be ashamed to have basically squandered every single one of those actors time, enthusiasm, and talent.

All the directors were pretty much given "choose your own adventure" plots! To his credit I think only Colin Trevorrow is the only one that was willing to play nice by taking elements of JJ and Rian's scripts.

JJ and Rian on the other hand were middle fingers to each other lol!

I'm not invested in the star wars franchise and I've only seen a few of the movies, but the fandom always seems really miserable so I'm rooting for whatever makes them the maddest
