"Supergirl IN, Superman & Lois OUT" didn't mean what I hoped it meant :(

It does not as it's already been renewed

I think Black Lightning is pretty good. Stargirl was great.

Supergirl has her moments but has never really lived up to its potential. The storylines are often a little preachy with it being spelled out instead of feeling natural.

Isn’t this the last season of black lightning

Sadly. CW would rather spin off a younger, much less interesting character then stay with Jefferson and fam.

i watched the first two eps of superman & lois tonight... i haven't seen much of any of the others, except for a few eps of supergirl. but anyway, i wish it would have been a lois & clark style reboot. i don't care about his kids.

This is exactly what I hate about network television. I can't stand these hiatuses. Putting a show on for a few weeks, then off for a few weeks is so frustrating.

I feel really bad for Melissa that she's didn't get any maternity leave. If they had just put off filming for a few more months, everyone could have been vaccinated and she could have gotten the maternity leave she deserved rather than be forced back to work a few weeks after giving birth to a human being.

But she wasn't forced back? The cast went back to work in October, she didn't go back until around mid January. She gave birth in September.

this comment is insane to me. maternity leave is up to an entire YEAR, so if she's obligated to return to set only a few weeks after giving birth then yes, that's exactly what it is. at the very least it's the sort of misogynist practice that punishes women for having children.

that's a few months, and that's pretty standard for working actresses? i can't think of a single pregnant actress that missed an entire year of filming after giving birth. hell, ellen pompeo had a baby during an early season of grey's and didn't miss a single episode
