The fact that multiple agencies "investigated" doesn't mean shit as we know cps/cops practically need to see the abuse happening in front of them in some cases. And when talking about a very rich powerful filmmaker, that isnt going to help the potential victims.

That "multiple agencies investigated line" a) ignores how criticised those agencies and their findings were by the family court judge in the custody case and b) the fact that the actual criminal charges never went ahead only because the prosecutor (who has spoken several times on this) thought Dylan was too fragile to deal with the process and media attention. If not for that, he'd have proceeded.

Which sure as hell is not "everyone who investigated exonerated him" the way his defenders make out
