I mean I do think it's directed at the other song, but I don't think she's attacking the other girl.
'Maybe we could have been friends' seems to make OP's title about 'the girls are still fighting' a stretch.

lol idc about this drama (even tho happy for olivia because i like her on hsmtmts so good for her etc and have actually enjoyed sabrina's songs too lol) but she should fire whoever told her, a 21 yr old, that sending out a response to a teen who didn't even say anything that bad about you on her song is A good idea. just... not a good look.
