I just watched it and it is nagl. Kirby is lovely. His character's behavior is awfully close to the allegations in the lawsuit. It's chilling

The movie is really well-acted and sad. I burst into tears once. But I found it IMPOSSIBLE to not conflate the actor and the character.

I understand because Netflix has been recommanding it to me but I hesitate to watch anything with Shia in it. So I might totally miss out on Vanessa's great performance.

I mean it sucks but all these people worked with Shia despite all his awful and known behaviour. It's just that thanks to FKA twigs lawsuit he's finally being held accountable. So I don't know that I have much sympathy for the film.
