Interesting edit for this preview. One new to the show would likely not guess that the first season was largely a cop procedural heavily featuring POC in supporting roles.

I feel like British actors think they're better at American accents than they are lol

Yeah it's weird because I often hear Americans claim that certain British actors do flawless US accents when they sound really fake to me, a Brit. I always thought it should be the other way around.

The other commenter is correct lol, imo it's a lot of fun if you just lean into it and the ending of the first season had a pretty fun twist

I watched in the beginning of pandemic and I think this show benefits from a binge. It's procedural and sometimes mehhhh but I kept watching because the cast is pretty great. The supporting cast are all POC and I did notice that to call him out on his privilege and wealth but only with like one-liner zings lol so
