I feel like British actors think they're better at American accents than they are lol

Yeah it's weird because I often hear Americans claim that certain British actors do flawless US accents when they sound really fake to me, a Brit. I always thought it should be the other way around.

Well I'm Canadian and absolute garbage at doing British accents haha I think Brits are better at doing American accents than Americans are at doing British accents but they're not flawless. I think it's easier for Brits to do American accents cause really all you have to do is start pronouncing your Rs and using schwa more. British accents are also regional so it's hard haha.

Meanwhile half the time I can hear their accents coming through when they're upset, lol. I even noticed Tom's accent a couple of times in season 1.

I think it’s because a lot seem to think nailing the r is enough when it is not enough.
