Basically he pretends to be the voice of George, as if he was gay, and makes all sorts of misogynistic comments (Meghan is trashy and old, Camilla has a horse face, Charlotte is fat, etc etc etc.) I doubt many people care about satirizing those rich assholes, but the way he does it is gross.
