Basically he pretends to be the voice of George, as if he was gay, and makes all sorts of misogynistic comments (Meghan is trashy and old, Camilla has a horse face, Charlotte is fat, etc etc etc.) I doubt many people care about satirizing those rich assholes, but the way he does it is gross.

I’m surprised that William and Kate hadn’t tried to put a stop to the show tbh as they’ve always seemed very protective of their families privacy, but I’m not sure what the legalities are and if they would have a good case

Imagine the 'humour' of the toddler from Family Guy portrayed on an actual real life child, who gets sexualised in the process, while using said child to slander that child's relatives. That is what Gary is doing.
