The issue was with the pass with her sister though... Like if I was worth $135M I wouldn't lose sleep over $1.2k which is chump change for someone with that kind of wealth. Shonda has every right to leave and should have been treated better if Disney was (and likely not racist).

I don't disagree with that but the $1.2K cost to Shonda is nothing for someone of her value. If extrapolate that to my income that's barely a buck to me. But still fuck Disney.

I don't think it's about the cost for her. It's about the principle. You're right the cost is nothing for her but it's even LESS for Disney.

I think for me its a team no one but less team disney than anything else bc at the end of the day it looks poorly on both of them to me to tell the story like this. I do agree its about the principle but I would let the it slide for me personally if it was about a $1. Although I'm sure there were other moments that led to this and this was the breaking point (like if this was the first instance then I'm sure she would let it go). She deserves whatever she wants and Disney was a big fool.
