That looks like one of those Japanese phones from the late 00s that had a TV antenna inside and you could spin it around to watch broadcast TV. When I lived in Japan they were all over the place, along with all the cell phone charms one could loop onto their phones.

That might be the easier part tbh just stick one on the lower screen. It'll have ugly swipes on it, but I guess it is protected.
