The New T-Mobile Sidekick? The LG Wing Has The Internet Intrigued

Oct 18, 2020 15:29

A new phone that isn’t the iPhone 12, Samsung Galaxy S20 or another foldable phone is making waves on social media and TikTok recently. Officially revealed on September 14th: it’s the LG Wing. Instead of the traditional smartphone design and recent attempts with folding, this phone swivels into a T shape revealing a second but smaller screen.

The phone recently launched this past Friday (October 15th) first with Verizon in the US for $999.

Is this the direction we’re heading in (design wise) as companies struggle to continue to innovate the current smartphone as we know it? Would you buy any of these newer experimental phones?
