As a former uber competitive kid, Nocturne seems right up my alley 😂

I know you probably grabbed the list of stars from somewhere, but for The Devil Has a Name, it lists 4 men and not Kate Bosworth, even though the whole description is about her character!

Nocturne looks interesting. Love that kind of horror.

Thank you - that's my oversight and I'll fix it. Sometimes IMDB just list actors in any old order rather than who actually stars in the movie, and some movies I pay more attention to that than others.

no worries, I figured that's what happened!

I can’t stand Eddie Redmayne’s face, just something about it and him that irks me. I don’t think I’ve actually seen him in a movie, but I want to see The Trial of the Chicago 7.

Ugh, same. He looks like a smug real estate agent who gets a kick out of evicting poor people.

I watched The Curse of Audrey Earnshaw the other night and it was really good.

I also watched Nocturne. I liked it for the most part except for the ending.

Was thinking about watching Nocturne this weekend, what didnt you like about the ending? Cliche? Underwhelming?

Underwhelming, yes. Unsatisfying. Abrupt. It's still worth watching IMO.

Rachel Talalay deserves the world. Controversial take, but she is as important to the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise as Craven is.
