I was worried when I saw ATLA/LOK tag bc I thought you'd want to change anything in ATLA but I totally agree about the Korrasami stuff fuck Nickelodeon and their gay pride shit!!

Word is that Nickelodeon was fine w/ Korrasami but they didn't allow an onscreen kiss because of China's censorship policies.

Also I would def change the treatment Katara got in LOK. Everyone else has statues and did shit but she got stuck as a stay at home mom. Not really how I thought her story would go. Or Toph establishing a police force lol

Ugh I'm just going to be forever mad at Nickelodeon for how they fucked LoK over. Like ok sure maybe they're not homophobic bc they're into pride now, but the reason Korra is not as successful as ATLA is definitely sexism >:(

And omg same about Katara and Toph!! Toph Beifong?? A police force??

I feel that by S4 they realized how dumb it was to make her the chief and tried to fix it by having her live in the swamp (which totally makes sense to me). I could see her maybe helping develop the metal tech for the force but then leaving the city once she saw how it was being used or something.

I wish they'd do a show about it but there's a couple of post-ATLA comic books that explain the whole deal with Zuko and Azula's mom!

oh, they had a series of three (or four, not sure, i read them a long time ago) graphic novels that goes into what happened to ursa!

the search is entire plot is zuko + azula finding ursa, and it gives the entire backstory about what happened.

someone put it into audio form ^^^
