I wouldn't be mad if I got the last Supernatural episodes much later, and I'm conflicted about how I'd feel if they were never going to be shot. I think a part of me would be sad, but it's also kind of... funny?

Don't worry - the CW would not let a fifteen year show, especially one that's defined the network, end abruptly. We'll likely get the final two episodes in fall.

In this case, I'm actually happy it's going to end later because I'm dreading the ending, more as a "thing" then because I think the finale is going to be so great.

I'm currently on season 7 on Netflix so I really hope it airs in the fall so that I can catch up

Also Big Brother Canada is still happening at the moment, I wonder what would happen if they scrapped that... letting them go and resuming production at a later date would fuck up the game completely

i mean, they're essentially in quarantine themselves so might as well keep them there

I'm moreso worried about the crew living in the walls and delivering their groceries / setting up challenges

Barry and The Orville suspended production too.

A SPN crew member Tweeted that they will get to shoot their final two episodes whenever production eventually starts back up again and consensus seems to be we'll get them later, likely in a two hour special airing in the fall.

Everything ending on just a random episode is wild lol it reminds me of the writers strike (rip Heroes)

It is like the writer's strike, except reality TV can't come in and cushion the blow because that's all cancelled too. I wonder if CBS is rushing to get the Amazing Race season they already have taped on the air...

ALSO lol the nosedive Heroes took between season 1 and season 2 is legendary. It sucked from the s2 premiere onwards, but the writers strike wrapping shit up so abruptly was the final blow.

You could tell Heroes wasn't going to be good after the s1 finale lol.
