It sucks that he is not getting a proper send off. Alex has evolved into one of the better greys characters. I wish him all the best. Hope he gets a sweet role post-greys.

i feel like very few shows have gone through the many cast-related dramas the way this show has

i've never seen an episode of grey's anatomy but i've heard SO much about this show because of all the drama and gossip coming from it in the past 15 or whatever years

I'd wager that him leaving will be the kiss of death for any sort of quality storylines. Alex and Mer's friendship is one of the only redeeming things about the show at this point

I hope he gets the help he needs though, seems like a decent guy in real life

I remember years ago Justin sought help because he couldn't sleep or something like that. I wonder if this has been a snowball effect of that, even though it has been a really long time since.
