I hope it's true! I won the lottery to this my first day of my first trip in NYC and got to see it front row. It was stunning and I sobbed. They did a pretty great version with Karen Olivo in my city, too.

I would like to see it. I saw a production of this last year and it's just a stunning piece of musical theatre. It could also work really well on screen I think.

Not sure how I feel about Jake in that role though. At least he can sing.

Love Fun Home but IDK if Sam Gold is the best person to direct the film when he’s never made a movie before.

Theater directors shifting to film can be... dicey.
