Today we're welcomed into the cozy home of Ned Fulmer from the immensely popular "Try Guys." Ned and wife Ariel renovated an old Spanish style house in California, turning it into a airy, open concept home.

We are replacing our vanity top today but it's only because the old one is literally falling apart. The whole bathroom needs to be redone but this is basically just to make it presentable for when we have guests for Xmas.

Our stairs are also in the midst of being redone and it is NOT FUN at all bc our bathroom is up there. But the stairs have been unchanged since the 20s and are starting to sag.

this house is profoundly boring. they need some more life, like some plants or some photos or something to give the space a little dimension/texture wouldn't hurt

I'd live to have a window like that. I love big windows in rooms. I could never do without one.

aw, wes is so cute! i really like the shelving and cabinets they have near the front door. i would love something like that in a mud room.

ned is my second fave after eugene, but he and ariel have always been very cute together.
