I actually searched for for articles talking about how white this game is yesterday and couldnt find anything. It was strange. Like have people just not noticed?

Lol I did the same thing a couple weeks ago and I think all I came across a a random Reddit thread. It's bizarre seeing a poc with unlimited creative control come up with this overwhelmingly white cast.

I watched a few review videos and it doesn’t seem that amazing and I definitely won’t pay full price but I’ll probably play it at some point.

Nearly finished The Outer Worlds and I’ve really been enjoying it! Not as good as Fallout New Vegas imo, but a lot more stable.

Edit: if you have a PC or Xbox it’s $1 with games pass.... defs worth it.

Uuuuugh! Camp McCarran! I literally could not WALK near there in my game or it would glitch out so bad and often crash.

Agreed, not as good as New Vegas, but more stable and still very enjoyable.

I've really been enjoying The Outer Worlds. It reminds me of New Vegas and also the good parts of Mass Effect. I wasn't sure at first how I felt about the smaller worlds (ala Mass Effect) instead of one large open world, but they are crafted well and I like them. I'm dying ALL THE TIME... like, I've read reviews that say the combat is easy, so I don't know if it's just me and I've been playing too much RDR and Borderlands? But, I've had to get very used to dying. I enjoy the companions. The writing is spectacular. I like the story so far. It's fun playing something again that has gray area all over. Like... sure this corporation is "bad," but if we topple this all these people will inevitably die, but in the long run is it the correct decision. I LOVE that shit and have been eating it up.

That said, I did switch back to Red Dead Online this weekend and didn't look back. Other games I CANNOT put down, this one I seem to be able to. But I'm not sure if that's the fault of the game, or my indecisiveness. Overall: Very Good!

All the reviews I’ve read of it are like “it’s bad and pretentious, and I love it.” So I probably won’t buy it, but if I can get it second hand I’ll give it a shot. I loved MGS V.
