My fave meet-cute is from Bluebeard's Eighth Wife where Gary Cooper's character only wants to buy a pyjama top but they're sold in sets and the store refuses to sell it to him without the bottoms and then Claudette Colbert comes along and she only wants the bottoms.

Right now I've got a Neutral/Nervous and a combo of Push/Pull and Pull/Pull.

"No way she's gay!" with some cute 'talking to someone online who understands me but my heart lies with someone else' omg how it could it end?

She's unbelieving that she's attracted on more than a superficial level, he's just so damn considerate to everyone. It's my first man/woman romance, so who knows how successful it's going to be.

People frown upon romance so easily, especially when written by women. It still needs an original angle on tropes, still needs a plot that moves things along, still needs characters that are humans and not stereotypes.

i LOVE the entire first meeting scene from r+j, it's sooooo visually gorgeous, and very sweet/innocent
