Lol I gotta be vague because I’m always paranoid that someone on here will recognize me, but I was at a volunteer training at a place where he works, and I saw him from across the room and thought “I wish I could be in his group, he’s cute,” and we kept accidentally making eye contact. I’d been assigned to a different group, but then at the last minute the supervisor switched me and told me to walk with him to the training room. We walked up like four floors together and I was super out of breath and we had no idea what to talk about and I felt like a dumbass for blowing it. Then at the next training, I snuck over to the assignment table during lunch and switched my table assignment so I’d be in his group again, and I had to fake my way through a training topic that I didn’t know shit about and he DEFINITELY realized within minutes that I was lying my ass off about being assigned to his group originally OOP. He was kind of ignoring me the whole day and I started to think he was mad, and he was answering all my questions really

I totally relate to the shyness/anxiousness coming off as indifference thing.
Kind of nice to know some guys do that too and it may seem like they aren't interested.

I am excited for the revival rise of the rom com! I also always wanted to have the romeo and juliet first meeting moment, I love that scene. And I love in the holiday when the old screenwriter tells kate winslet about meet cutes (it’s how I learned what it was!) and then tells her to stop playing the best friend in her story when she’s the leading lady. I love that movie
