That's funny, they were having a premiere for High Strung Free Dance at Arclight last night when we were there for a Jojo Rabbit screening. I didn't see it when I made up my indie post.

No spoilers, but I'm still not entirely sure how I feel about Jojo Rabbit. It wasn't as funny as it was trying to be, though there were plenty of times when we were sitting there silent while everyone around us was laughing, so idk. But it was definitely touching, with a lot of strong performances, and I think it will be appealing to a broad audience despite its tonal issues.

lol yes it is, and that was the right response. I can't believe it's coming out in October. That's a Jan-Feb release if I ever saw one. So is that 'death app' one, and yet...

I'll likely get bored enough over the three-day weekend to see Gemini Man at some point, but it ain't a priority. And I refuse to tolerate the HFR.
