He released Roma on netflix. He obviously would prefer the theater format but I think he mentioned that a b&w film in spanish with a indigenous lead wasn't something the studios were running to back.

I think he for the most part is okay~ with streaming. Spielberg, Scorsese, Spike Lee have been more resistant to the streaming format.

Scorsese had to release the irishman on netflix because I think they were the only ones willing to back his budget but he def did not want that option lol.
