Several reviews have mentioned it's the type of movie the worst kind of people are going to grab a hold of and use an excuse to be an asshole. So that's great.

I'm so tired of comic book movies but I'm interested to see this one because I've always hated Arthur Fleck's ass, and I don't mind watching a film that'll make me hate him more. It does feel like it reflects our increasingly dark and depressing times, so the discourse surrounding it is going to be tiresome.
