Hmmmmmm.

I feel like the reason the first one worked so well was that it was so unexpected, both in plot, as well as in Colin Firth playing an action hero and Taron as an unknown rocking up in his first movie with a lot of charisma.

This trailer so far doesn't grab me the same way. Maybe because I just think of Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort? I want to like it though - I like a lot of the cast (Matthew Goode, swoon).

Edit: Also, definitely was expecting Wonder Woman to come from left of screen in this trailer.

It's basically an origin story for the Kingsman organisation. The cast is different, but it will have connections to the Eggsy trilogy - according to IMDB Aaron Taylor-Johnson is playing a character called Lee Unwin, and Eggsy's name is Gary Unwin...

Also IMDB says Charles Dance is playing Arthur! Which I am definitely here for.

I don't know if it's just been a really long time since I was hooked on Kingsman, but this trailer while well-filmed lacks a lot of the charm of the previous entries.

This seems to be filmed either very quickly or I've just been way out of the loop. It feels like I just heard they were doing the prequel film not too long ago.
