Damn, the Young Vic is always doing interesting stuff! Hope you get a chance to check it out.

Glenda Jackson just did King Lear on Broadway, but that flopped extremely hard. :/ I heard it was more the production itself that was the issue, but it was sad to hear.

*rushes to listen to Chant II*

Ughhh I can see what my friend meant about them changing the lyrics to the best songs to be not as great. :/ Whyyyy. So disappointing, I wish I had seen the previous off-Broadway version.

Yeah, I think the Epics and Chants got the worst of the lyrical changes, which suuuuucks because they were some of my favorite parts of the NYTW version. I am sure I'll get used to it, and thankfully we'll always have the off-Broadway version to listen to, but I would truly love to go back in time and catch the older one live.

A) Really good. Full of weird pauses but really good.
B) Nicest man alive that I’ve met, aside from Hugh Jackman. Shook my hand when I thanked him for a brilliant performance and taking the time to meet me, and took 2 selfies. My friend was on FT in the background and let out this enormous whoop. Tom went, “is someone screaming at me?” And put on FT and said hello to my friend. Security was pissed but idgaf.
C) YES
