I watched the first three (or four?) episodes of Doom Patrol and I like it. I haven’t watched more episodes bc I’m not super crazy about it (or Titans), but it’s fun and I plan to catch up with it eventually. Crazy Jane’s personalities and their powers are kinda lame to me (actually, they're all kinda lame) but I love Diane 🥰

There aren’t too many new live action shows yet, just Titans (which was okay but not great) and Doom Patrol (which is worth the subscription price alone - it’s honestly my fave show right now. It’s legitimately excellent and award worthy for real).
Buuuuuuut there is a HUUUUUUGE archive of DC’s comics. If you have a tablet, you can read pretty much any DC comic, I think. I looked up Doom Patrol and the Silver Age run (circa early ‘60s) was there as well as the relaunch from the late ‘80s/early ‘90s that featured Grant Morrison’s work (which largely inspired this series) and Gerard Way’s more recent run. So i think the content is more than worth the price as a comic nerd. You get A LOT of reading material included in the price of subscription. An overwhelming amount, in fact. It was hard for me to pick where to start, but I was such a vertigo stan growing up that I’m gonna revisit a lot of my favorites from my teen years.

I don’t see everything I want to read, but they basically have every Doom Patrol issue ever if you want to dig into the source material (and I do because I really love Grant Morrison). I read the Invisibles, but not DP, and it’s really similar to Doom Patrol in a lot of ways.
