The CPD screwed up the investigation so much with all their leaks and other bullshit that we're never going to know the actual truth, IMO. And that 100% falls on the racist and corrupt CPD.

They have enough to charge him. The state attorney dropped the charges in exchange for the bail, when she told everyone she was recusing herself after it came out she and Jussie were friends.
