I get something like 10 sick days a year, but I only use maybe one each year.

I used 2 in October because I was sick for a day and then I was at a non-work training and I felt so stressed out after lol. Meanwhile the terrible teacher I worked with was down to 2 days remaining and it was only October ugh.

It's ok to take a personal day for whatever the fuck you want to take a personal day for. Stop making people feel guilty for trying to do something for themselves. This shit is always directed at poor people and FUCK. THAT. Literally no one asks a rich person why they are taking a day off.

Whenever something bad has happened to me, I always wanted to go to work the next day to take my mind off of it. If I stay home I just think about it nonstop.
