I don't think Hollywood is that woke. I mean, it's not blackface-bad, so maybe she really didn't notice. I wonder why they cast her - did they expect her to put on weight? Not everyone is Christian Bale. Isn't Moore in her late forties? That would be career suicide for an 'aging' actress. I doubt even Meryl would gain weight for a role!

Fat suits are insulting (hire a fat actor dummies) but they also look so weird. An actor in a fat suit always looks a little less than human (which doesn’t help fat people, especially since in those circumstances their weight is always played for laughs).
