It's disappointing that he won't be a part of it, but I'm interested in this doc he's going to be narrating, so maybe this is a good thing in disguise.

I'm liking the gentrified area/artist angle of the movie as well. I like the idea that even though the neighborhood has changed, the legend remains.

to be fair, at least a third of the units were set aside for mixed income/former residents of Cabrini Green so it's an interesting mix of people.
