I never understand people involved with a Horror remake not reaching out to former cast and crew, especially ones who are widely known for that specific movie. Hell, the goodwill alone by doing this from Horror fans would make it worth it.

I wish they had invited Tony Todd to reprise the role or at least do a cameo. These movies gave me nightmares as a kid. Casting seems good, so I want to see what they do with the reboot. Also, Tony Todd should definitely be getting more roles. He was great in The Crow and has one of those distinct voices and presence.

Tony Todd is Candyman, period. I am excited to see what they’ve come up with, but I’m so scared it’s going to end up being like Tales From the Hood 2. They should at least have him as like a police officer or something, I don’t know.
