Russian-linked, Bannon-friendly and all around bell end Brexiteer Arron Banks decided to come for Joanne Kathleen on the twitters the other day:

Writing room ! Could you be any more pretentious .. https://t.co/mBO4gYLDqv

I don't know this Mason but his tweet made me chuckle. Arron should ask his parents why they couldn't spell Aaron and never ask people about their offices AKA the extra room you use because all your administration gathers there.

Other important questions wise ARRON should ask: Do you do work? In a room? That involves a computer and typing? Perhaps there are various ways to describe this room based on one's profession? Then, hopefully this will lead to: Must I always tweet before I think? Am I a douche?

Am I worth the air I breathe? Should I not speak or be on social media for at least a year and see how it improves my surroundings?

On the topic of writing: my editor got back to me and now I worry I won't make the Penguin deadline.

So pretentious for a professional writer who is also a billionaire to have a WHOLE ROOM dedicated to where she does her work!

Jennifer Wright's looks so uncomfy. Would not want to write while sitting on a folding chair. (Love the desk).

Also writing rooms always make me think of great literary titan Alice Munro who said when she got a bit of money she rented an office space and the only thing she ever wrote in it was one story about a writer whose landlord kept coming in to her office space to ask her what she was writing because that's what kept happening to her. LOL.

EU agreed to something, don't know how that landed in the UK.

There are a decent amount of Brexiters that hate the deal...because its not what the Leave campaign told them would happen. ..

...But if they followed what the Leave campaign actually campaigned on the UK would be in a depression for fucking years, because it was that terrible. But these people are like " I WAS TOLD MY FACE WOULD BE EATEN BY A LEOPARD, WHY ARE YOU PREVENTING THIS???!!"

nah i have a desk in a corner. i totally believe in writing rooms though. whenever i had to bang out essays in college i'd lock myself in one of the study corrals in our grad student library. those were like 6x6 white-walled rooms with a desk, a postcard-sized window and a heavy wooden door. having a distraction-free space is so key, especially if you don't otherwise live alone.

I work much better in the library/at school than at home, it's the surroundings - I guess home isn't threatening enough to my creating brain.
