A good finale that wasn't mentioned is Angel. Idk I just really thought it felt true to the show.

As a whole, I like Buffy more, but in terms of finales, Angel's was better.

(lmao I am a bitter af Cordelia stan and HATE how Joss treated Cordelia/Charisma in the final seasons of Angel which soured me on the show as a whole, but I still thought the finale was greate)

agreed, perfectly tied into the themes of the show, and managed a nice balance in spotlighting all its main characters, unlike the buffy finale

I hated every single minute of the last two episodes of Bloodline and am still pissed I wasted 2 hours of my life watching them

I don't mind the Seinfeld finale. I found it quite funny at the time.

I always wished Millennium only had 2 seasons as the S2 finale is one of the best pieces of TV I've ever seen. It has an orgiastic ten minute sequence soundtracked by Patti Smiths Horses which is like looking into the mouth of insanity. It's honestly SO GOOD and scary, and really true to the shows core theme of the nature of evil.

S3 was like a pretty cut and dry police procedural and wholly unnecessary.

How to drive a Lost fan bonkers: “Wait, so they were dead the whole time?” (I didn’t watch past S1, I just know lots of rabid Lost fans.)

I actually hated the ending of SFU - I found it mawkish and cheesy in the worst way, and everyone looked like they were dressed up as old people for a school play.

Breaking Bad had a great ending. And although I hated it at the time, the more I stewed on it, the more I think the finale of Boardwalk Empire was pretty much perfect. In fact, that whole final season was just a masterpiece.

I don't think i've ever hated a TV character as much as I hated Nate Fisher so I was happy when he died at the end of SFU.
