Bottled ranch is only good for like 2 days after you open it. Otherwise it goes sour.

I only put ranch on bad pizza and add a tablespoon to egg salad for a zest lol.

I don’t really follow a recipe! I kinda add whatever I have in the fridge! But generally, I mash 2-3 boiled eggs up moderately well, then eyeball a tablespoon of ranch, a bit of honey or spicy dijon, a spoon of sweet relish, a spoon or two of either low-fat cottage cheese or Greek yougurt (to replace the Mayo - I play around with how much I add tho), and dashes of salt/red pepper flakes/garlic powder.

I'm not a dressing person, most of the time. Way too sweet or too sour and always too much. I'd like to taste the ingredients of my salad, not experience dressing on different structures.
