I just have to laugh at her frantic redeeming circus. I'm sure she means well and is totally shocked how that blew up into her face.

I wonder if other actors or actress tonight during the show will speak up or not, in sure they can but I feel like it’s gonna get political quickly and then cut backs to people’s faces

All actresses may not speak out in fear and it’s understandable. I expect the big hitters to say something bc they can get away with it.

I don’t know how to phrase this so I apologies if I come off as dumb or not smart , but it finally took this long to say something woman to say something or something huge like exposing Harvey for everything he’s done and others. Is Hollywood or the men that powerful and controlling where woman are not allowed to speak up,

It’s the men and those in charge who have stopped these women from speaking out.

I'm glad Tarana Burke is getting the attention she deserves for what she's done and not ignoring her work. Although I still think she deserves so much more.

I think that obviously this is a time for women to get to speak, and I understand the power and importance of that; but it also feels like once again the women are doing all the work and the dudes just get to show up and make sympathetic faces.

I can't wait men to wear black like they usually do and stans on twitter being like "omg protect Armie at all costs! Hero! True feminist! Timothee, my cinnamon roll!" rme.

until Hollywood stops working with, praising and awarding these predators and abusers a lot of it is empty talk and meaningless. There's lots of great work happening from this but I really am disgusted by some of these hypocritical celebs. The silence from a lot of men still has been deafening. Like, I still can't @ Aziz Ansari having an entire storyline about finding out a colleague is a predator and doing the right thing but then IRL continues to have shit to say about Louis CK. Cowards. Although judging by the gossip on social media he has his own issues.
