LMAO Gold was not good enough to be nominated, I only watched it because it had Bryce Dallas Howard and Edgar Ramirez, the last 15 minutes had a more interesting premise in it than what they actually ended up going with.

look, there's a lot to say about racism in italian-american culture and i have my own family to prove it

but that desperation came from immigrating here and being treated like trash. they weren't allowed to speak their own language and had to blend in as much as possible to even get a shitty job

it's really fascinating AND depressing
