Former members have hinted shit about his childhood abuse, his past infidelity (for example, his daughter apparently would throw back in his face Penelope Cruz when he'd try to lecture about her "ethics") and sex fetishes. Miscavige also had Cruise's phones/rooms tapped, so it's assumed he has tapes of Tom and Nicole's sexual activities (which is assumed to be one of the things they threatened Nicole with to get her away from Tom).

It's all unconfirmed, though.

Apparently *nothing* in his files is enough to ruin him, but they've fucked with his mind enough to make him believe Scientology is the best thing for him, even if he now sounds like a hostage when talking about it.
