Wow, Jessica's dress is stunning! I thought Amal was Anne Hathaway in the first pic, until I realized George Clooney was standing next to her. She looks amazing too.

The reviews pretty much bear that out and say it's like a throwback 90s thriller. I find Foster so bland as a director so I'm not into the movie but she wants to be good so badly so I'm kind of rooting for her depite myself.

In the 1990s, this movie would've starred Michael Douglas in the George Clooney role.

I'm all for women directors, but I think Foster is misusing her talents. She has/had such a specific, unusual presence on screen that I desperately miss.

Amal looks amazing, wow.

I know ontd hates them, but I like George and Julia and will probably go see this.

I like Julia. I find George boring, I feel like he plays himself in all his roles that I've seen. Except for O Brother Where Art Thou, I really enjoy that movie.

It's kinda how Brad Pitt is for me these days too, I only see them as themselves on screen and not as their characters, if that makes sense??? Idk

I actually think everyone did a good job on the red carpet. Julia looks regal. Caitriona is killing it, but she's a former model so she would. Julianne's dress is so much fun. Chastain is kind of meh but I see what she was going for and she looks nice.

Jodie looks great and at ease, Vanessa is rocking that suit and Susan looks fucking amazing.

I'm laughing so hard about Amal being there because Frémaux apparently HATES when stars bring their spouses to walk the red carpet with them (I mean they can walk the carpet but only the cast is supposed to be up their on the landing).
