Usually people literally just add some lemon juice to hot water. It's not very pleasant.

It's just warm water with lemon. If you drink it in the morning before doing anything, it has amazing benefits.

- Joint healing, digestion/metabolism, liver cleansing, lowers blood pressure, better skin, etc.

interesting! seems pretty basic so i'm surprised that it's so much more beneficial (than just drinking regular water).

it's honestly not lol

if you google 'benefits of lemons' your first hits are sites like organicfacts, beliefnet, wellnessmama, lifehack...not exactly glowing scientific sources. lemon oil has antibacterial properties, which is why it's so common in soaps, and lemons are a good source of vitamin c, but it doesn't have magical healing properties and you're definitely not going to get them from drinking a couple tablespoons of it diluted in warm water.

Mte. Any benefits are placebos or psychological. I'm not opposed to it since I like drinking infused water, but it's not going to heal your joints.
