I think we now have a love-hate relationship. I love you for posting a new chapter so soon, but I HATE these evil cliff-hangers! Talk about torture! I'd love to see how the Queen reacts to all this new information, and if she is going to want to see Jack in person now that he has been found. I can't imagine she would come to the hub, and I have to wonder how he would handle going to the castle and being surrounded by all those guards. I mean, even if they are not UNIT, they are official military types in uniform and with weapons. And of course he might be embarrassed to face her, knowing that she knows what happened to him. On the other hand, he worked for her for a long time, they must have had some kind of personal relationship. If it were me, I would want to see him myself. Will he meet with the therapist in the hub, or have to go to her office? It would be safer at the hub, if her clearance is good enough to give her access. I also wonder how well she will handle such a tough assignment. I mean, no one else could ever

You have lots of good points, some of which I know the answers to and some are yet to be decided. I don't have much of the future story written yet (a scene with the Doctor being the main one I have done a long time in advance).

Poor Jack just keeps getting hit with more humiliation all the time, but at least now the team have pretty much all of the information on what happened to him. The problem is, now that information needs to be shared with more people in order to bring UNIT to justice and keep Jack safe, along with getting him off the heroin. That's a lot more crap being dumped on Jack.

I hope this last revelation doesn't push him over the edge again so he needs more heroin to get him through, but that is what has happened in the past when forced to face something humiliating from his past. Things really need to start getting better for the poor guy soon.
