I've heard that one too.

But in regards to your post: A-men! I mean, I still have body issues and sometimes I let that fear of judgement make me want to hide away, but eventually I realize that I'm a pretty awesome person. I know I'll never be a size zero--all that matters is being healthy and happy (and having a nice set of tits that I didn't have to pay for).
