Coke Cupcakes

Coke Cake has always been one of my favorite treats (and one of the few reasons I would go back to Cracker Barrel during season.) so imagine my delight when I found a recipe for making it at home! Absolutely perfect, and you can sub a jar of marshmallow cream out for the marshmallows.

Recipe can be found here

These look really interesting! I take it these measurements are all Imperial?

I'm sheepish to admit this, but I really don't know.
How can I tell? I know that I picked up my home measuring cups and used those and it worked...

I suppose it doesn't matter overmuch. An imperial cup is slightly larger than a metric cup, but presumably it would work the same if I used the same ratios, whatever size the actual cups were.

But I am guessing the 325 degrees is Fahrenheit, because 325C would be insane.

Again, not well versed in international measurements. (I do well to keep track of US ones, can't figure how I got to be so good at baking.)

But I do know that so long as you keep the ratios straight you wont have a problem as I cut down amounts by doing that all the time.

As for the question of Temps that's US - whichever we use.

LOL you know I felt really smart in the kitchen before this, well if I can't be smart - at least I'm still talented. =)
