Hello everyone!
Seeing as how Ysera here has powers regarding dreams and sleep and such I'd appreciate it if everyone who interacts with her would take the time to answer some questions about whether or not, and how much, her powers can affect them. Please understand and bear with me since I do not know most characters' canons, so in most cases any information regarding their dreams, hopes, nightmares, imaginings, daydreams, hallucinations, etc. will need to be provided by each mun.
Also, please note that her dream powers are more of a magical nature than true telepathy/empathy/etc. She's not actually reading your mind, she's reading your dreams.
Please feel free to contact me on AIM with any questions, concerns, or ideas for plot! For the sake of more awesome CR I also welcome any details you may want to provide for each case-by-case encounter with Ysera since dreams and such will change as events in the City affect characters.

What's your character's name and canon?
Have they met Ysera in person? When? This only really applies to WoW characters so far, but I'd still like to know.
Do you have any sleep/dream related abilities? Can Ysera sense it?
Can Ysera see your dreams when you are asleep? Ysera has the power to see people's dreams when they are asleep. Her passive range is roughly half the size of the City, but she has to focus on any one dream to really see it. If she knows your character/has met in person she will be able to focus and reach out further to touch your dreams even if you're not in her passive range.
What can she see about your sleeping dreams? This is, of course, subject to change since dreams change. But if you'd like to share any recurring dreams or nightmares, or if anything is currently going on in your character's life that is manifesting in their dreams, feel free.
Can Ysera see your daydreams when in person? Daydreams fall under her power as well. So if you're with her, or near her in line of sight, and your mind wanders off into thoughts of genocidal slaughter, or you start imagining being a SupahStah!, or start freaking out imagining what might be in creepy shadows or bushes, or get a sudden burst of inspiration to make your super genius whizbang contraption, or wander off into memories, or have an imaginary or metaphysical conversation with yourself/imaginary friend/someone in your head, etc. she might see it.

If someone has two (or more) beings in their head, or a spirit being bonded with/hanging out with them, Ysera may be able to use dreamsight to see/sense the spirit being, and their dreams, when in person - as long as that's okay with the mun.
Can Ysera indirectly manipulate your sleeping dreams? For example, if you're having a nightmare, can she soothe it away and make sure you have good dreams? Alternately, if you really pissed her off, can she send you nightmares (not that she will do this much)? She does not necessarily have to actually enter your dreams to do this. The dream specifics will be generated by the sleeper's subconscious.
Can Ysera indirectly manipulate your waking dreams? Like above, can she make you hallucinate/daydream scary things or good things?
Can Ysera directly manipulate your waking or sleeping dreams? When inside a dream or seeing a dream, she has the power to directly alter the dream as she wishes.
Can Ysera manifest your dreams? There are two stages to this. She can make dreams seem as if real to your character even though it's not there for anyone else. Or she can make them actually manifest in a semi-tangible or fully tangible form that everyone can see.
Can Ysera physically enter your dreams? She can phase out of the physical world and fully into dreams. Once in someone's dream she can communicate with that person or alter the dreamscape. She can also use dreams to travel from one place in the physical world to another. Can she do these things in your dreams? Are there any she can't do?
Can you block any of Ysera's powers from working on your character? How?
If you are in an unnatural sleep state - magical enchantment, coma, unconscious, etc. - can Ysera communicate with or wake you?
