Isn't there a deal/dare (?) before if Siwon gets to number one? (sorry, can't really remember but i think i read something about him if he become one) I like reading from someone's point of view because they can see/noticed everything even the person denies it all.

Yes, there are two deals here so far. The first Kyuhyun considered it void as of last chapter, and the second is the one you're referring, that if Siwon could become the #1, Kyuhyun would spend one night with him :)
