I actually did end up going to college today. The fact that I skipped all but one lesson can be ignored.

I hardly ever dedicate posts to tv episodes anymore but, I really need to talk about the newest How I Met Your Mother. I need to. ( spoilers for HIMYM 4x12 under the cut )

POOR BARNEY. I'm not the biggest Barney/Robin fan but I wanted her to realize it SO MUCH yesterday, it would've been the perfect timing!

I liked Ted, though. I always like Ted.

HIS FACE. I don't even know, the writer's will probably let Robin realize at the very end or near to the very end of the season. MEEP.

I always like Ted but, idk, the whole casual sex thing weirded me out more than it maybe should have done. I think it's because it was Ted and I want him to be all romantic and stuff all the time. I think that's it.

The broken way in which he said 'I love you'! That last totally besotten look he gave Robin! OH MY HEART. It was so precious, this episode, which is weird because it started so flippant - and what you said about Ted; Ted's usually such a hardcore romantic, it's just weird to see him fall into casual sex so easily. I ship Barney/Robin so much by now and it's ODD because like you, I started shipping Ted/Robin like whoa and I CHEERED when they got together by the end of S!!

NPH shouldn't be allowed to make faces like that. They're not safe for life. I love how much he adores her. This episode was weird, but I'm willing to forget that based on Barney being adorably broken. Ted's characterization really weirded me out though. It wasn't the Ted I love so much and that made me sadface. Ahhh, remember when he made it rain for her? HE MADE IT RAIN. Sometimes, I miss them a lot but then Barneyyyyyy. BARNEYYYY. ♥

I have a feel the writers are building up to the end of the season for Barney and Robin. I WANT THAT.
