I don't like this. The City could be saving up for something.

Not really, those are just some pretty common ones.

Well, one time the City got taken over by harpies.

I haven't been here all that long, but I reckon you're right about that.

Does the City have safehouses or somethin' similar?

There's Police HQ, and sometimes groups establish safehouses during really dangerous curses.

Yeah. I think some people are just hoping the City's getting lazy by now.

That would be nice, but I wouldn't count on it. I think I agree with you, it might be preparing for something much more involved than the usual curses. We should be on guard for that possibility, just in case.
