What is your leadership style? I like to check and make sure that everyone is good with what I'm saying. I don't leave anyone behind and make sure every decision is for the good of the team.
How would you deal with a crisis in the work place? Talk it out between the two people and see if there is any compromise that can be made.
Do you like to delegate tasks, or prefer to do it all yourself? Delegate easy tasks, keep the hardest ones that need to be done well for myself.
What is more important to you, high salary or good coworkers? Good coworkers; I don't want to come in every day dreading the people I have to work with.
